"Jump classes are 45 minutes signature classes available in fitness First Middle East. The class involves a mini trampoline and uses dynamic medium/high intensity movements. It's a cardio workout ""low impact"" due to the net elasticity that will absorb the impact above 80%.

In this class you will gain agility, coordination, stamina and have fun while you are driven through different flavors of music.
