‘Outdoor Group Training’ is our new high intensity interval training concept set in the poolside area of our Dubai Media City Platinum club.  This 30 minute programme is structured into short yet intense blocks of timed exercise utilizing our custom built functional training rig and outdoor training equipment; this programme is designed to improve general fitness and improve body composition in a beautiful training environment. 

There are two programme streams named OGT: HIIT and OGT: TEAM. 

OGT: HIIT is based purely on interval training utilizing plyometric bodyweight exercises, whipping battle ropes, hitting the boxing bag, flipping ‘Sqyre’s’, Olympic lifting, swinging kettlebells and pushing our power-sled up and down the track. 

OGT: TEAM incorporates both interval training alongside team based exercises where you will be challenged individually and in small group based exercise drills.  Both streams are challenging however if you have mastered Freestyle Group Training and are looking for a new challenge, then this is the programme for you.
